Overview

TORVIX is an operations bot that manages support requests, moderation, automation, records, and staff performance within the context of each Discord server.

Ticket panels

Create request flows with custom titles, buttons, select menus, questions, categories, and staff roles.

Automation

Manage auto replies, custom commands, reminders, and welcome settings from the dashboard.

Moderation

Use bans, kicks, timeouts, content protection, and temporary mutes that affect only a selected channel.

Community

Manage engagement through role panels, polls, suggestions, giveaways, and the leveling system.

Server selectionYou see settings and records for the server currently selected in the dashboard. Use the server selector in the upper-left corner to manage another server.

Initial Setup

Follow these steps before sending your first support panel.

1
Add the bot to your server

Use the “Add Bot” link on the home page and select the Discord server you want to manage.

2
Move the bot role higher

Place the TORVIX role above the support and moderator roles it needs to manage.

3
Sign in with Discord

Servers where you are an administrator and TORVIX is installed are listed automatically.

4
Complete support settings

Select the ticket category, staff roles, panel channel, and panel copy.

5
Send and test the panel

Use Send Panel, open a request with a test account, and verify channel permissions.

ImportantIf the bot role is below staff roles, Discord may reject channel permissions, mute actions, and role-based operations.

Permissions & Roles

For the smoothest setup, invite the bot with Administrator permission. A restricted setup requires the permissions below.

Manage ChannelsManage RolesView ChannelsSend MessagesEmbed LinksAttach FilesRead Message HistoryAdd ReactionsManage MessagesModerate Members

Staff roles

For every ticket button or select-menu option, you can separately choose the roles that can view the request, receive notifications, and use the option. The bot can act only on roles below its own highest role.

Dashboard Access

After signing in with Discord, the dashboard lists servers you can manage where TORVIX is installed.

  • Manage Server: Opens the management dashboard for the selected server.
  • Add Bot to Server: Opens Discord's invite screen for a server where TORVIX is not installed yet.
  • Switch server: Use the selector in the upper-left corner to move between your servers.
  • Moderator link: A time-limited link is bound to the first Discord account that signs in. The link card shows that account's name and ID, and cancelling the link invalidates sessions opened through it.

License & Plan

This page shows the selected Discord server's current plan, real usage limits, Premium periods, and payment status.

  • Newly added servers start on the Free plan. Premium is enabled only after a completed purchase or a manual developer assignment.
  • The Free plan includes core ticket, reminder, auto-reply, role-panel, and community tools within defined limits.
  • Premium provides higher limits, ticket transcripts, moderator analytics, custom commands, and additional server-backup capacity.
  • Available periods are shown as 1 month for €5, 3 months for €14.25, 6 months for €27, and 12 months for €48. The verified final checkout total controls.
  • Tax information is displayed only when it has been verified in payment configuration.
  • Card details never reach TORVIX and are processed by the secure payment provider.
Secure activationA browser success page does not activate a license by itself. Premium is enabled only after a signed provider notification is verified.

Ticket Workspace

Panels, Ticket History, Templates, Statistics, and Settings keep ticket management in one server-scoped workspace. The same settings can also be managed from Discord's interactive command centers.

Create a panel

  1. Open Ticket System → Panels and choose New Panel, or run /ticket-setup in Discord.
  2. Configure the embeds, title, description, images, and colors.
  3. Add buttons or a select menu for the request types members can open.
  4. Choose categories, staff roles, notification roles, required roles, and welcome copy per option.
  5. Add up to five pre-ticket questions when needed.
  6. Review the preview and publish the panel to a Discord channel.

Manage an open ticket

Run /ticket inside a ticket channel to open a management dashboard visible only to you. It includes claiming, participants, priority, rename, transcript, and close controls.

Experienced staff can use /claim, /unclaim, /transfer, /close, /close-request, /add, /remove, /rename, /priority, and /thread as quick actions. /create-ticket creates a support ticket for a member.

Do not delete the channel manuallyClose tickets through TORVIX so the transcript and history record can be completed before the channel is removed.

Ticket History & Transcripts

Ticket History displays open channels and closed transcripts in the same workspace.

Filters

  • Open, in-progress, and resolved states
  • Search by user, channel, or request number
  • Sort by opening or resolution time

Transcript content

Message text, users, timestamps, edits, images, attachments, embeds, and reactions are stored in a readable format. Live requests link to the Discord channel; closed requests link to their transcript page.

Trade System Bot

Provides a separate panel and record flow so members can submit listings in a standard format. Listing Settings, Warning Settings, and Records are available in one workspace.

  1. In Listing Settings, select and save the channel where prepared listings will be published.
  2. Optionally enable Mention the Role on Every Listing. TORVIX prepares a Trade role for English servers or a Ticaret role for Turkish servers and mentions it on new listings.
  3. Send the button-based listing panel to the Discord channel members will use.
  4. In Warning Settings, configure the prohibited-listing warning channel, text, counting window, action threshold, and mute/ban behavior.
  5. Mark a prohibited listing with the Warn action in Records.

Regardless of where members use the panel, prepared listings are sent to the selected publishing channel. When role notifications are enabled, members who have been assigned the notification role receive a mention on every new listing. If the role is deleted, TORVIX recreates it when the next listing is published. Warnings mention the target member in the selected warning channel. When a member reaches the configured warning threshold within the time window, they are temporarily muted or banned according to your choice. The server owner and administrators are exempt from automatic enforcement.

Discord shortcutsUse !ilanpaneli, $ilanpaneli, or !ilanmesaji to send the panel quickly from Discord.

Content Protection

Create rules for profanity, custom phrases, links, excessive caps, spam, repeated messages, mention floods, Discord invites, and scam content.

  1. Run /protection in Discord. The control center is visible only to you.
  2. Choose active rules from the Filters multi-select.
  3. Configure warnings, timeouts, and ban thresholds under Enforcement.
  4. Select exempt roles and the log channel under Exemptions and Logging.

Discord changes update the same settings used by the web dashboard, so both surfaces always show the current configuration.

Leveling System

Text XP is earned from eligible Discord messages; voice XP is earned from active time in eligible voice or stage channels. Text and voice progress remain separate and combine in the overall ranking.

  1. Open the web workspace or the private /leveling control center.
  2. Configure XP amounts, cooldowns, daily limits, and role/channel filters.
  3. Set level messages, role rewards, credits, badges, and logging.
  4. Inspect real XP events from History and Statistics.

/rank shows a member's text, voice, and total XP card. /leaderboard shows the server ranking. Complex settings continue through the buttons, selects, and forms in /leveling.

Giveaways

/giveaway opens the complete private giveaway center. Creating, ending, and rerolling no longer require separate slash commands.

  1. Select Create Giveaway and enter the prize, description, duration, and winner count in the form.
  2. Choose the destination channel and optional required role from Discord selects.
  3. Review the exact message in the private preview.
  4. Choose Publish Giveaway or return to editing.

Manage Active Giveaways lists active items with their channel and remaining time. Reroll Giveaway selects replacement winners from a completed giveaway.

  • Each member can enter once and can withdraw.
  • Bots and members who left the server cannot win.
  • Role requirements are rechecked at entry and winner selection.
  • Buttons and end times survive bot restarts.

Suggestion System

Collects ideas through a standard form, ranks them with votes, and publishes the staff decision on the same Discord message.

  1. Members run /suggest to open a private submission form.
  2. Administrators run /suggestions for setup, pending items, and review tools.
  3. Configure the suggestion channel, required role, cooldown, and anonymous mode.
  4. Approve or reject pending suggestions from Discord controls or the web dashboard.

Each member has one vote per suggestion and can change it. Votes, decisions, and persistent buttons survive restarts.

Polls

/poll opens an interactive poll center where questions and choices are collected through a private form. Channel, duration, and selection behavior use native Discord components.

  1. Choose Create Poll.
  2. Enter the question, description, and options.
  3. Select the destination channel, duration, and single/multiple selection mode.
  4. Review and publish the poll.

The same center lists active polls and can end one early. Votes are stored per member, and changing a selection does not count as an extra vote.

Welcome & Auto Role

Manages joins and leaves with welcome messages, DMs, automatic roles, and a member log channel.

  1. Open Welcome & Auto Role in the dashboard or run /welcome.
  2. Select welcome/leave channels, messages, and automatic roles.
  3. Use the private /welcome screen for basic setup, status, and a safe test message.
  4. Complete advanced embed, image, and new-member security settings in the web dashboard.

Messages support {mention}, {user}, {username}, {display_name}, {server}, {member_count}, {user_id}, and {account_created}.

Online Status Role

/status-role opens the private setup and status screen for the role held by online members. Presence Intent is required.

Auto Replies

Send an automatic bot response when a configured word or phrase appears. Define the trigger, write the response, and enable the rule.

  • Exact match: The message must contain only the trigger.
  • Contains: The trigger may appear anywhere in the message.
  • Channel scope: The rule can run in all channels or one selected channel.

Dashboard changes reach the bot's live cache within approximately 20 seconds.

Custom Commands

Choose a command name and response. Custom commands use the ! or $ prefix. For example: !rules or $rules.

Text response

Creates a simple response for short information, links, or rules.

Embed response

Creates a rich message with title, description, color, image, fields, and buttons.

  • Custom commands use ! and $; Discord's slash list shows only built-in TORVIX commands.
  • Permission can be set to Everyone or Administrator.
  • Use Duplicate to copy and edit an existing command.

Reminders

Send one-time or recurring messages to selected channels.

One-time

Select a time, timezone, and days of the week. The message is sent in the first eligible time window.

Recurring

Set an interval in minutes or hours. Optional start/end times and selected days can limit when it runs.

  • Send test message: Verify the result in the target channel before saving.
  • Duplicate: Creates an inactive copy of the reminder.
  • Active/Inactive: Stops execution without deleting the configuration.

Repeat Protection, shown under New Reminder, works per channel. After any reminder is sent to a channel, another reminder cannot be sent there until the configured number of new user messages has appeared. Bot messages are ignored and the setting applies to every reminder in the server.

Moderation Commands

Daily moderation uses focused English quick-action slash commands.

CommandFunctionPermission
/banBans a member.Ban Members
/unbanRemoves a ban by user ID.Ban Members
/kickRemoves a member.Kick Members
/timeoutApplies a server timeout for a selected duration.Moderate Members
/untimeoutRemoves a server timeout.Moderate Members
/channel muteMutes a member only in one channel.Manage Roles
/role addAdds a manageable role to a member.Manage Roles

/protection manages automated content rules from a private control center. TORVIX records moderation actions with moderator, reason, target, and timestamp data.

Channel-specific Temporary Mute

Mutes a member only in one selected text channel instead of applying a server-wide timeout.

CommandFieldsDescription
/channel muteMember + duration + channel + reasonApplies a channel mute from 1 minute to 30 days.
/channel unmuteMember + channelRemoves the active mute in that channel.
$kanalsustur$kanalsustur @member 10 spamLegacy text command targeting the current channel.
  • Sending messages, adding reactions, and using threads are blocked.
  • The previous channel overrides are saved and restored when the duration ends.
  • Active durations survive bot restarts.

Moderator Tracking

Moderator tracking and performance reports are managed in one workspace.

  1. In Moderator Tracking → Settings, add usernames, display names, tags, Discord user IDs, or roles to track.
  2. Select one or more channels. If none are selected, all eligible channels are monitored.
  3. Open a 7-day, 30-day, 90-day, or all-time report in Analytics.

Cards show message count, active days, daily average, team share, busiest hour, word count, and file count.

Interpret results carefullyMessage volume alone is not moderation quality. Review it together with the Audit Log, resolved tickets, and team responsibilities.

Records & Logs

The Log Management dashboard enables individual Discord event logs and assigns a destination channel to each event group. New servers start with logging disabled.

Manage from Discord

/logs opens a private setup, status, and testing screen. Setup All Channels creates or reuses channels for joins, leaves, messages, tickets, moderation, permissions, members, channels, voice, server changes, and invites. Test Logging verifies channel links and send permissions.

The Settings button beside Channel created opens the actor filter for channel create/delete logs. The small Settings button beside Role created controls whether roles automatically assigned to new members are included in permission logs. Each event shows its actual saved destination; when none is assigned, the field shows No channel selected. TORVIX needs View Audit Log to identify the responsible staff member.

Message Records, Audit Log, Trade Records, and Ticket History paginate long lists while preserving filters.

Data Retention Operations

Retention checks run in the background and do not fill the Operations list by themselves. An operation is created only when expired records are actually moved to the archive, and the completed result shows how many records were moved.

Role Panels

Allows members to add and remove approved roles through Discord buttons or select menus without waiting for staff.

How to use it

  1. Open Role Panels in the dashboard or run /role-panel.
  2. Add the panel name, description, and roles members may select.
  3. Choose the panel behavior and destination channel, then review the private preview.
  4. Publish the panel; manage or delete existing panels from the same interactive center.

Example

🎮 Gamer Role — Click the button to add or remove the role.

Members do not need a slash command to self-assign roles; they use the published panel. Managed roles, @everyone, and roles above the bot's highest role are rejected.

Bot Customization

Configure a server-specific nickname, avatar, banner, and About text. The global Discord bot account does not change; only its appearance in the selected server is updated. Selecting Save & Apply means you accept the Content Rules and Terms of Service.

Server Backups

Create a structural template from a Discord server you administer and apply it to another server you also administer. The backup card keeps the source server's profile image from the time of backup.

Included

Unmanaged roles, role permissions, categories, text channels, forum channels, voice channels, role-based channel permissions, and the source-server image shown on the backup card.

Private access

Only the dashboard account that created a backup can list, preview, apply, or delete it. Other administrators of the same server cannot see it.

Not included

Messages, members, ban lists, invites, integrations, user-specific permissions, and server ownership.

  1. Open Server Backups.
  2. Select the source server and create the backup. The action starts directly from its own button and does not require a separate global save confirmation.
  3. After the Operations indicator reports completion, the saved backup appears in the list.
  4. Select a target server you manage and choose Apply Backup.
Safe applicationRestore never deletes existing roles, categories, or channels. Items with matching names are preserved and only missing structures are created. Items blocked by Discord's permission hierarchy are reported in the Operations result.

Official Command Guide

Troubleshooting

The panel message does not appear in Discord

  1. Confirm that the correct server is selected in the dashboard.
  2. Make sure the target channel belongs to that server.
  3. Verify View Channel, Send Messages, and Embed Links permissions for the bot.
  4. Check the Operations panel in the upper-right corner for a failed action and its explanation.

A slash command is missing

New commands can take a short time to appear in Discord. Refresh Discord; if the problem continues, run !senkronize.

Discord sign-in fails

Sign in again, confirm that you are an administrator in the server, and confirm that TORVIX is installed. Contact support if the issue continues.

The bot cannot run a command

Confirm that the bot role is above the target member's role and that required channel/role permissions are granted.

An image-only message looks empty

New records containing an image or file appear as Image or Attachment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I manage multiple servers from the same dashboard?

Yes. Use the selector in the upper-left corner to switch between servers where your Discord account is an administrator and TORVIX is installed.

Can I create more than one ticket panel?

Yes. Create a separate panel for each use case and configure buttons, questions, categories, and staff roles per option.

Are reminders and channel mutes lost when the bot restarts?

No. Settings and active time-limited operations are retained and continue after restart.

Does the bot show one server's data in another server?

No. The dashboard shows only the selected server and only when you have permission to manage it.

Tracking Dashboard Operations

Long-running actions are tracked from the Operations button in the upper-right corner instead of a separate menu. The counter shows active jobs, while the dropdown shows active operations and the latest 10 results for the selected server.

  • Operations with progress data update their percentage bar automatically.
  • Completed and failed operations are reported without a page refresh.
  • Failed operations that are safe to run again can be queued with Retry.
Server scopeNormal dashboard users see operations only for the selected server they are authorized to manage.
