Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to all content and activity processed through TORVIX, including ticket messages and attachments, transcripts, panel/role/suggestion/giveaway content, auto replies, custom commands, bulk-DM text, bot profiles, forms, trade listings, backup descriptions, and API requests.

• Child sexual abuse or sexualization, content that endangers children, or grooming.
• Illegal pornographic content, non-consensual sexual content, severe real-world violence, or content encouraging self-harm.
• Terrorism, violent extremism, hate-group propaganda, targeted hatred, threats, or harassment.
• Fraud, phishing, fake login pages, token/password theft, malware, exploits, or IP/token loggers.
• Doxxing, non-consensual private images, identity documents, card data, health data, or other sensitive personal data belonging to another person.
• The sale or promotion of illegal drugs, weapons, human trafficking, counterfeit goods, gambling, or other prohibited goods or services.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, personality rights, or other third-party rights.
• Any other content that violates the Discord Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

• Sending spam, unsolicited bulk DMs, harassment campaigns, or fake giveaway/reward announcements.
• Requesting or collecting Discord passwords, tokens, 2FA codes, OAuth codes, card information, or identity documents.
• Scanning, downloading, guessing, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to data belonging to other servers.
• DDoS, excessive automation, rate-limit evasion, disabling security controls, or attempting to disrupt infrastructure.
• Deceptively impersonating TORVIX, Discord, a payment provider, or a real person.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or offering the service as a white-label payment service without written permission.

The bulk-DM feature may be used only to send necessary community announcements to members who have a current and legitimate relationship with the server. Purchased user lists, messages sent under the pretext of a giveaway, advertising spam, and continued contact after an explicit objection are prohibited.

The server administrator is responsible for preventing misuse by authorized roles, providing required notices, handling user requests, and ensuring that server content complies with applicable law.

For violations, content may be removed, features may be restricted, Premium access may be suspended, or a server may be permanently blocked. Urgent security matters or illegal content may be reported to Discord, the payment provider, or competent authorities.

If you believe a decision was incorrect, you may appeal by emailing destek@torvixbot.xyz with the server ID, date of the incident, and an explanation.
