KVKK Privacy Notice

The TORVIX service operator is the data controller for personal data processed through torvixbot.xyz and the TORVIX Discord bot. Contact: destek@torvixbot.xyz.

Discord user ID, username, avatar, summaries of servers you manage, contact information submitted through support forms, ticket and moderation records, and limited connection records used for security may be processed.

Data is processed to verify identity and authority, provide the service, respond to support requests, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations, relying on contract formation/performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent where required.

Data may be shared, only as necessary for the stated purposes, with Discord, hosting and security providers, and the selected payment provider when a payment is initiated. TORVIX does not receive card data.

Data is collected automatically or partly automatically through Discord OAuth, bot events, web forms, security logs, and features configured by the server administrator.

You may contact destek@torvixbot.xyz to exercise applicable rights to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients, request correction or deletion, request notice of those actions to recipients, object to automated analysis, and seek compensation for damage.
