Terms of Service

TORVIX provides tools for ticket management, transcripts, moderation and message logs, staff activity, automation, leveling, trade workflows, role panels, custom commands, reminders, forum mappings, server-specific configuration, and optional structural backups.

Some features depend on Discord permissions, the selected Premium plan, server configuration, or third-party availability. Services and features may change for security, compliance, or technical reasons.

• You must have the Discord permissions required to add and configure the bot in a server.
• When acting for another person or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind them.
• You are responsible for the security of your Discord account, dashboard session, API keys, and developer access.
• You must review the consequences of selecting an incorrect server, channel, role, or permission before applying a change.

You may use TORVIX only in compliance with applicable law, Discord rules, and the Acceptable Use Policy.

• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk DMs, or engaging in harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation, or phishing.
• Monitoring users unlawfully or attempting to collect confidential information, payment-card data, passwords, tokens, or identity documents.
• Using content involving malware, harmful links, doxxing, illegal goods or services, hate, terrorism, child exploitation, or intellectual-property infringement.
• Bypassing security controls, rate limits, or access rules; disrupting or scanning the service; or extracting data without authorization.

• Provide appropriate notice to server members where the bot stores messages, tickets, transcripts, moderation records, or activity records.
• Configure retention periods, access roles, bulk-DM targets, and logging scope lawfully and proportionately.
• Do not request identity documents, card information, health data, or unnecessary sensitive data in tickets or forms.
• Handle member requests, appeals, and deletion requests in accordance with applicable rules.

You retain your rights in panel text, ticket content, images, commands, templates, and other content you submit. You grant TORVIX only the limited permission needed to operate, store, transmit, display, and back up that content as part of the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful and that you hold all required rights and permissions. Infringing content may be removed or the relevant feature may be disabled.

The service is provided as available, without a guaranteed uptime percentage or SLA. Outages involving Discord APIs, networks, hosting, payment providers, or other third parties may affect the service.

Backup and restore features operate on a best-effort basis. TORVIX should not be used as the only copy of critical data; you should keep independent copies of important records.

The Premium price, period, purchase type, currency, taxes, and total are shown on the Premium page and the payment provider's checkout before payment. The final total displayed at checkout controls.

Payments may be processed through PayNow.gg, or through PayTR or Shopier, depending on configuration. TORVIX does not receive or store your card details.

For one-time purchases, access ends when the selected period expires. Products marked as subscriptions may renew automatically through the payment provider; cancellation stops future charges while access continues until the end of the current paid period.

TORVIX provides a 14-day refund-request process for eligible purchases, starting from the payment date. Details are set out in the Refund Policy.

For an incorrect or unauthorized transaction, duplicate charge, delivery/activation failure, or refund request, contact TORVIX support and, where necessary, the payment provider first. This does not limit mandatory dispute rights you may have with your bank or payment institution.

A feature, server, or account may be restricted temporarily or permanently for rule violations, security risks, fraud, unauthorized access, unpaid amounts, or loss of access through Discord.

Removing the bot from a server may not cancel an automatically renewing subscription with PayNow or another provider. You must also cancel the subscription through the provider's management interface.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected by termination and refund procedures.

The TORVIX name, branding, bot code, web interface, design system, visuals, and original materials belong to their respective rights holders. No license to source code, branding, or designs is granted except the limited right to use the service as intended.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TORVIX is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or reputation, Discord enforcement actions, user content, misconfigured permissions, data loss, or outages of external services.

These limitations do not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service, pricing, payment providers, or applicable law. The update date will be revised and reasonable notice provided for material changes.
