Payment and Subscription Policy
This policy explains TORVIX Premium pricing, payment providers, one-time purchases and subscriptions, taxes, cancellation, and payment disputes.
1. Service purchased
TORVIX Premium provides digital access to advanced management features for the selected Discord server for a defined period. No physical product is shipped.
Available periods and prices may change. At the time of purchase, the selected period on the Premium page and the final amount shown at checkout control.
2. Payment providers
Depending on configuration, payment may be processed by PayNow.gg, PayTR, or Shopier. Card, banking, and alternative-payment data is entered directly with the selected provider; TORVIX does not store card numbers, CVV values, or expiry dates.
For PayNow transactions, PayNow Services, Inc. provides the payment processing and checkout environment under its own terms.

3. Delivery and activation
After a successful payment, the signed notification received from the payment provider is matched to the local order and Premium access is activated automatically for the selected Discord server.
If activation is delayed, do not pay again for the same order. Open a support request with the order number, Discord user ID, and server ID.
4. Taxes and currency
Prices may be shown in EUR or another currency displayed at checkout. Applicable VAT, sales tax, currency conversion, or local charges may be calculated by the payment provider according to location and payment method.
Even where a dashboard price is marked as tax-inclusive, review the final total and tax breakdown shown by the payment provider before completing the transaction.
5. One-time purchases and subscriptions
One-time products do not renew automatically and access ends when the selected period expires.
For subscription products, the provider may charge again for each billing period until cancellation. The renewal frequency and amount are shown at checkout before payment.
6. Subscription cancellation
Cancellation stops future automatic charges; access generally continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund a past payment.
PayNow subscriptions can be managed at https://checkout.paynow.gg/subscriptions/auth. If you cannot access the management dashboard, contact the payment provider or TORVIX support.
7. Failed payments and access
If a payment is declined, renewal fails, or a refund or chargeback occurs, Premium access may be suspended or the relevant paid period may be revoked.
Removing the bot from a server or losing access to a Discord account does not automatically cancel an active subscription with the payment provider.
8. Refunds and disputes
Refunds are assessed under the Refund Policy. Contact support first in cases of duplicate payment, failed activation, or an incorrect charge.
If you suspect an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction, you retain the right to notify your payment provider and bank immediately.
